Returns & Cancelation Policy


Most new, unopened items shipped and sold by White Dog Arms & Paws LLC may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product. Items must be returned in new condition and in the original product packaging.

Refunds will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once it has been delivered back to us (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Returning or exchanging an item:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  In the event you are returning an item due to a shipping error, please contact us immediately.
Please do not place shipping labels on the item’s original packaging. When sending the item back, place the original package into a shipping carton.
Products must be in new condition, in the original box and/or packaging, and must include all blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for return.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Cancelling your Order

Most orders are shipped same day. Please contact customer support before 5:00MST on the day you placed the order to guarantee we will be able to cancel it. Once the order ships, you will have to go through our return process as described above.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.ou will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are returning more expensive tems, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
